TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with NE Banners or NE Print & Design.
We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
DELIVERY
Delivery times shown in product descriptions or stated within a quotation are estimations only.
Although NE Banners or NE Print & Design does its very best to ensure that any order is delivered on time, NE Banners or NE Print & Design shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
NE Banners or NE Print & Design will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that they are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond their control.
Deliveries take place to an address specified by the customer at the time of order. Once the order has been placed this cannot be changed. On occasion where goods have been lost with a courier will NE Banners or NE Print & Design consider a reprint or refund of that order. NE Banners or NE Print & Design solely reserves the right to make this decision on an individual customer basis. Printing of up to 10% less of the ordered quantity is deemed to be acceptable.
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
Due to the nature of the products that we sell, refunds for products that are already printed or in the printing process is not possible. A customer cannot cancel an order once the order process has changed from 'order received' to 'printing in progress'. We do not offer refunds on producing artwork or logo design.
DEFECTS
If you find a defect with your printed goods, for which NE Banners or NE Print & Design is responsible, NE Banners or NE Print & Design reserves the right to reprint. Only when a reprint is seen as unsuitable will NE Banners or NE Print & Design offer a refund, or credit to your next order.
NE Banners or NE Print & Design reserves the right to solely decide whether a printed product is of suitable quality.
Any order that has been used, NE Banners or NE Print & Design reserves the right to deem this order as acceptable and no refund or reprint will be issued.
If there is a defect to your artwork when you receive your print, inform us within 7 working days by sending us a sample of the print for us to see the issue. NE Banners or NE Print & Design reserves the right to deem this product to be of satisfactory quality, and therefore this order is to be accepted.
Should we at any time incur issues with paper supplies we may choose to, at our discretion, print your order in another paperweight to ensure that we meet our delivery times. Should we take this action, NE Banners or NE Print & Design shall only use an equal grade paper and we will never print on a lesser grade paper than which you have ordered.
ARTWORK DEFECTS
NE Banners or NE Print & Design will not accept any defect to an order if the artwork does not meet their exact artwork specifications regarding colour mode, format, size, colour saturation, and bleed. It is the customers responsibility to check these details before placing the order.
CONTENT
It is up to the Customer to check any artwork and content for a product to be ordered. NE Banners or NE Print & Design does not accept any liability for errors within the artwork, as it is on the Customers authority that an order goes to print. Although NE Banners or NE Print & Design can on the Customers request create print-

CMYK PRINTING
As a batch printer there are limitations that your finished product will be approximate to your printed sample. This is due in part to the widely varying results from different output devices including inkjet and laser printers, continuous tone proofing devices, high-

LIABILITY
Liability for any loss or damage suffered by you in respect of the goods shall be limited to the contract value of the goods, except in such cases which case death, injury or damage to personal property.
We are not responsible for any financial loss suffered by you, including loss of earnings or expenses incurred by you.
We will not accept responsibility for resold products that are deemed inferior by the end-
